Upon receiving your shoes, please try them on inside (on a clean surface) to ensure a correct fit. If the shoes are not the correct size and fit (or not quite what you were after) please contact us to approve the return.
We are happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping) on full price items, store credit for sale items or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.
Shoes are to be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original box. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense and Future Steps for Kids accepts no responsibility for lost returns (please consider returning via Registered Post).
The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the new item on any exchange items. Exchange postage can be purchased here.
Faulty shoes will be considered within 3 months of the purchase date. They will be assessed by a podiatrist and sent to the manufacturer for credit/exchange.
